Bio

Digital Designer | Artist

I am a cross-disciplinary artist working at the intersection of painting, photography, music, and digital art. My practice blends traditional techniques with 2D/3D computer software.

I began my artistic journey as a musician, photographer, and screen printer in Amsterdam. My music career brought me to the UK, creating and performing as a professional musician for over two decades. My curiosity about technology and human behaviour led me to study computer science and psychology, fuelling my transition into digital design and art.

Currently, I focus on painting and exploring the fusion of digital and physical media. My work is rooted in an interest in nature and abstraction, the subconscious, and the embodied experience. This extends into the realm of sound, incorporating the human voice and the shared experience of making music. I'm especially drawn to how sound connects and affects us, both spiritually and physically.

In addition to my visual art, I organise a monthly Kirtan at Social 101 in Margate, creating a space for collective sound, singing together, and meditation through music.
